The intelligent control cabinet adopts internationally renowned brand PLC and touch screen, realizes automatic control through programming according to the process requirements and has the following features:

1. The intelligent control cabinet adopts human-machine interface operation. The touch screen has a clear and intuitive picture, supports manual/automatic switching, has simple parameter setting and is convenient for operation; It supports setting the structure graphics of the equipment operation system, can dynamically display the operation status of each device, the estimated values of water level, current and flow. 

2. The intelligent control cabinet can achieve automatic water level control of more than two devices, automatic switching of faulty devices, and sequential start-up of equipment, effectively reducing equipment wear and tear. Water level can be controlled by liquid level sensors and level float, and such two methods can be switched.

3. The intelligent control cabinet is equipped with communication interfaces which can achieve both optical fiber wired communication and FBOX-4G mobile phone APP wireless communication.

4. PLC/float emergency switch could be set in intelligent control cabinet. When the touch screen or PLC module in the control cabinet malfunctions and cannot achieve automatic control, to ensure the normal and automatic operation of the equipment, it could only manually switch to the float status, then the equipment can directly start and shut down automatically through the float without affecting the normal use of the equipment.

5. Intelligent control cabinet presents lighting and anti-theft alarm functions. The cabinet is equipped with temperature and humidity sensor protector with temperature range set freely. When the ambient temperature/humidity exceeds the set range, the temperature and humidity sensor sends a signal to automatically turn on/off the cooling fan in the cabinet, ensuring good ventilation and operating environment in the cabinet and extending the service life of each electrical component in the cabinet.
