Scope of Application
WDQ series electric pump control cabinet is specially designed for the startup and safe operation of electric pump, and its detection device adopts modern sensing technology, so, it presents excellent and reliable performance. Various on-site signals are collected into the control device for centralized processing to achieve the safe operation and automatic control of various water pumps, especially submersible electric pump.
Function and Characteristics
WDQ control system has self-protection functions for faults such as overload, under-voltage, phase loss, short circuit, water leakage, motor overheating and bearing overheating of the electric pump motor. When the above-mentioned faults occur during the operation of the electric pump, the control system will give the corresponding alarm indication and immediately cut off the power supply of the faulty electric pump.
The comprehensive protection instrument for submersible electric pumps is installed in the WDQ control cabinet and serves as a safety monitoring instrument for large and medium-sized submersible pumps. When the electric pump leaks or overheats, the controller will give an alarm signal and stop the water pump's operation through the internal fault relay, and output the corresponding fault signal.
