Scope of Application

1. Submersible motor products that are compatible with various submersible axial (mixed) flow pumps, sewage and waste submersible electric pumps, and other submersible equipment.

2. It is used for all kinds of submersible motors that need to operate underwater. 

Function and Characteristics

QY series high and low voltage submersible motor product is the motor product specially designed for all kinds of submersible electric pumps, and operates underwater for a long time. The technical performance of the product is superior to the national standard GB/T24674-2021;

1. The optimized design of the electromagnetic scheme is performed to improve efficiency, reduce energy consumption and noise.

2. The low-voltage high-power and high-voltage motors adopt the special cooling air path design to optimize the traditional fan structure, significantly reducing the operating temperature of the stator and bearings, and enhancing reliability and service life.

3. The motor's protection class is IP68, the rated voltage is 380V, 660V, 6000V and 10000V, the rated frequency is 50Hz or 60Hz, with variable frequency operation duty system of S1, and the insulation grade is F, or H for special requirements.

4. The ultra-low speed motor is equipped with planetary gear for deceleration, making the structure compact and improving system efficiency.

5. The motor is equipped with built-in humidity sensor and temperature sensor. The humidity sensor is connected to the wire cavity, motor cavity, oil cavity (thrust bearing cavity, planetary gear cavity) to achieve real-time monitoring; The temperature sensor enables real-time monitoring of the bearing and winding to enhance the reliability of motor operation.

6. The motor can adopt the internal and external circulation cooling method within the medium to operate either submerged underwater or in a dewatered condition.

7. The starting forms of the motor include: direct starting, Y- △ type starting, self-coupling reduced-voltage starting, soft starting, variable frequency starting, etc.
