1、The impeller is specially designed to achieve unidirectional and bidirectional flow, while ensuring efficient unidirectional operation.
2、The inlet and outlet water channels are designed through CFD simulation to optimize the water flow direction, reduce vortices and improve the efficiency of the device.
3、The motor's protection class is IP68, the rated voltage is 380V, 660V, 6000V and 10000V, the rated frequency is 50Hz or 60Hz, with variable frequency operation duty system of S1, and the insulation grade is F, or H for special requirements.
4. The high and medium-speed electric pumps adopt direct-coupled rotation, while the low-speed electric pumps adopt hard-toothed surface planetary gears for deceleration.
5. The electric pump is equipped with humidity and temperature sensor to enhance product reliability.
6. The electric pump is easily installed and can achieve the centering during the installation of the cross-flow pump unit, which improves the installation accuracy of the water pump, reduces the operating noise of the pump room, and extends the service life of the unit.
