Scope of Application

Prefabricated pumping station, a novel structural form for rainwater and sewage discharge, covers a small area, with short on-site construction period, and addresses the shortcomings of traditional pumping stations, such as large land occupation and long on-site construction period. It is particularly suitable for the capacity expansion of old pumping stations in urban roads and various residential areas of municipal engineering and the construction of supplementary pumping stations. It is a new form of pumping station supplement for small and medium-sized pumping stations at the end of municipal engineering rain and sewage management.

Function and Characteristics

1. The position of the inlet pipe of the prefabricated pumping station is reasonable, allowing the water flow to flow smoothly towards the suction inlet of the electric pump and effectively eliminating vortices and air intake.

2. The automatic water level control system is set up in the wellbore to control the startup and shutdown of electric pump. The electric pump can achieve sufficient submergence depth to effectively cool the submersible electric pump and prevent water flow vortex.

3. There is appropriate distance between the suction inlet of electric pump and the bottom of pool which showcases advanced and reasonable structure to effectively remove the silt at the bottom of the pool and prevent a large amount of dirt from accumulating.

4. The wellbore diameter is designed in standardized and serialized manner, with various specifications. Wellbore depth can reach up to 15 meters. Reasonable design and selection of pumping station volume can ensure the electric pump starts no more than 15 times per hour at most, effectively avoid increasing the equipment manufacturing and procurement cost due to too large volume and generating vortex resulting from frequent startup and shutdown of electric pump and unstable water flow due to too small volume, affecting the reliability and service life of electric pump. The size of wellbore of the prefabricated pumping station can be professionally designed and determined by professional engineers according to the customer's working conditions.

5. Service platform and ladder are set in prefabricated pumping station wellbore to facilitate the operation of installation and repair personnel.

6. Well covers and safety grilles are set in prefabricated pumping station to increase the safety of pumping station.
